Every Enclir product is covered by a 90-day money-back guarantee, measured from the day your order is delivered. This page is the formal version of the guarantee.

how to claim a refund

1. Email hello@enclir.com with your order number and the word "refund".
2. A human processes it within one business day.
3. The refund is issued to your original payment method, typically appearing within 5 to 7 business days.

• No physical return is required. Refunds are issued in full to the original payment method.

damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or we sent the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery and we will ship a replacement at no cost. You keep the original item; nothing needs to be sent back.
