THE 90-DAY GUARANTEE

Every Enclir product comes with a 90-day money-back guarantee, counted from the day your order is delivered. New skincare takes time to settle into a routine, so we give you 90 days to try it properly.

If you're not happy with your purchase within 90 days of delivery, one email is all it takes to get a refund. No photos, no forms, and no need to send back half-used bottles.

HOW TO CLAIM A REFUND

1. Email hello@enclir.com with your order number and the word "refund".
2. A real person processes your request within one business day.
3. Your refund goes back to your original payment method and usually appears within 5 to 7 business days.

CONDITIONS

- The guarantee window is 90 days from delivery.
- One guarantee claim per formulation per customer.
- The guarantee covers every product, including The Encap System bundle.
- No physical return is needed. Refunds are issued in full to the original payment method.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged or we sent the wrong item, email hello@enclir.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll ship a replacement at no cost. You keep the original item; nothing needs to be sent back.
