How long does skincare take to work? The 12-week answer

That cycle is often quoted at around 28 days in younger skin, and it tends to slow with age, which is one reason mature skin can look duller and marks can take longer to fade.

Because renewal takes weeks, it's hard to judge a new product after a week or two. That's why we suggest giving a routine around 12 weeks of consistent use before you decide how it's working for you.

Weeks 1–2: getting used to the routine. Start Encap S+ at night once daily, or every other night if your skin feels dry or irritated. Use Encap C+ in the morning, 3–5 drops, then SPF. Weeks 3–6: settle into nightly Encap S+ once your skin feels comfortable, and keep Encap C+ and SPF every morning. Weeks 7–12: stay consistent. Take a photo in the same light as week one so you can compare honestly. Everyone's skin is different, and we don't promise specific results.
